Herbal Medicine is the world's oldest and most widely-used health system. Humans and animals have always used plants and have healed many ailments using plants as food and medicine.
Thanks to Amanda's excellent and enjoyable hands-on class I am learning a lot about herbs and how they can be used. I can now recognize some herbs, I am growing my own herbs, and I am using herbs and plants in a variety of wonderful new ways. Before the class I wasn't doing any of that. I also like the fact that every class includes practical demonstrations. I am very happy with everything that I am learning and I would recommend the class to anyone.
I have learned much from Amanda in her classes and appreciate her knowledge, enthusiasm and patience. The hands-on experience is particularly helpful as is interacting with the rest of the group. Thanks Amanda.
